Merchandise Return Policy

We’re sorry for any inconvenience if you’ve found it necessary to return an item; however, we’ve made it easy for you to do so when necessary.  Within fourteen (14) days of receipt, if any item you purchased does not meet your expectations, please send an email to .  US mail should be sent to 900 E. Patrick Street, #5A, Frederick,  MD  21701).  Please include the name on the order, your day-time telephone number, your order number, the item(s) in question, and the reason for your disappointment.

In order for you to receive a full refund, all items you return must be resaleable. This means, for example, that diecast (including the car and box) must be undamaged and all apparel items must not have been worn, soiled or laundered and be free of the smell of tobacco smoke.

Shipping, handling and insurance fees will not be refunded.  Items returned after thirty days will be subject to a $10.00 restocking fee.

Please note the following:

  • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
  • Enclose a copy of your invoice with the item. If you cannot send your invoice, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
  • All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number (as provided by the shipper)  from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to us.   
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

We will notify you when the returned item has been received.  When you return an item, we’ll credit your original payment method, less the shipping and handling charges.  Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your refund or credit to be processed.  For credit card orders, please allow 1 to 2 statement cycles for your credit to appear.  You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible.  Please supply name on the order, your day-time telephone number, your order number, day-time telephone number, and the item(s) in question.  If there is extensive damage to the carton, please contact us immediately so that we may assist you.
